Geospatial Engineer of the year award

Have you nominated a colleague or do you know someone worthy of a special award for their contribution towards any of the following specialisms:

Photogrammetry and remote sensing
GIS
Cartography/visualisation
Land and engineering surveying
Hydrographic surveying

The geospatial engineer of the year award is designed to encourage applicants from all backgrounds and is not restricted solely to ICES members. The winning nominee will be invited to receive the Richard Carter Prize at the institution dinner to be held onboard IK Brunel's ss Great Britain in Bristol on 24 September 2010. The prize also includes accommodation and dinner costs.

The closing date for receipt of nominations is Wednesday 30 June 2010.
