Hayes Davidson (London) LLP are recruiting for a methodical and precise technician / coordinator to join our specialist planning team. Responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of Accurate Visual Representations (AVR), site assessments and surveying, and supporting the coordination of technical / planning projects.

This is an opportunity to work with the market leaders in an exciting and fast growing sector, supporting the development of some of the UK's most exciting new architecture.

Essential Skills
• Qualified to HNC / HND level in mapping / surveying / architectural related discipline
• Proven experience and abilities in a technical environment with a history of accurate and consistent output
• Experienced 3ds Max / AutoCAD / CAD / Photoshop / GIS user
• Operational experience of GPS and Total Stations and land survey software
• Familiar with common office programs

Desirable Skills
• Experience in planning and property
• Capturing photography for site records and asset management
• Knowledge of London/UK architectural and/or property environment
